Meat Ball Dip

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 large grated onion
• 1 beaten egg
• salt to taste

Directions

1. Mix ingredients and shape into small meat balls
2. Brown meat balls in a little shortening in a hot skillet
3. Remove from skillet and make sauce
4. Place in warm oven until sauce is made
