Meat Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 c finely chopped pecans
- 1 c dried beef or ham chopped fine
- 1 or 2 Tbsp horseradish
- several dashes hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion or minced onion
- flaked parsley 14 to 12 c
Directions
- Cream softened cheese and mayonnaise
- Add onion horseradish and hot sauce
- Take 34 cup of pecans and all of meat
- Add to mixture
- Sprinkle remainder of nuts and parsley over ball
- Let set in refrigerator for several hours
