Meat Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 c finely chopped pecans
• 1 c dried beef or ham chopped fine
• 1 or 2 Tbsp horseradish
• several dashes hot sauce
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion or minced onion
• flaked parsley 14 to 12 c

Directions

1. Cream softened cheese and mayonnaise
2. Add onion horseradish and hot sauce
3. Take 34 cup of pecans and all of meat
4. Add to mixture
5. Sprinkle remainder of nuts and parsley over ball
6. Let set in refrigerator for several hours
