Meat Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion about 13 c
- 1 can tomato paste 6 oz
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- dash of pepper
- 1 16 or 17 oz can whole kernel corn
- 12 4 oz pkg noodles cooked and drained
- 1 c shredded sharp cheese
Directions
- Cook meat and onion until browned in large frying pan breaking meat with fork
- Blend in tomato paste salt chili powder and garlic powder and pepper add corn including liquid and cook until mixture is thick stirring occasionally
- Arrange half the meat mixture over noodles
- Repeat layers
- Sprinkle cheese over top
- Bake in moderate oven at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
