Meat Flavoring Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 large onion grated
- 3 red peppers chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 qt pure apple cider vinegar found in health food stores
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together
- Let age 3 weeks
- Two tablespoonfuls of this will flavor and color a stew or gravy
