Meat In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lb stew meat
- 1 onion chopped medium
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp instant tapioca
- 2 slices bread crumbled
- 1 can mushrooms or 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 34 c water 2 c if soup is used
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and put in covered 2-quart dish and bake at 300 for four hours
