Meat In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 lb stew meat
• 1 onion chopped medium
• salt and pepper
• 2 Tbsp instant tapioca
• 2 slices bread crumbled
• 1 can mushrooms or 1 can mushroom soup
• 2 34 c water 2 c if soup is used
• 2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and put in covered 2-quart dish and bake at 300 for four hours
