Meat Loaf Caesar

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 14 lb hot Italian sausage
• 3 Tbsp chopped red onion
• 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
• 1 egg beaten
• 2 Tbsp tomato paste
• 2 Tbsp red wine or chicken broth
• 3 Tbsp bread crumbs
• 1 tsp rosemary
• pepper rings for garnish

Directions

1. Remove casings from sausage
2. Combine ground beef and sausage in a bowl
3. Add red onion garlic egg and tomato paste
4. Combine to blend well
5. Add wine or broth and bread crumbs and mix thoroughly
6. Shape meat mixture into a loaf
7. Place in a loaf pan
8. Sprinkle with rosemary
9. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until meat loaf tests done
10. Garnish with pepper rings
