Meat Loaf Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 12 to 2 lb ground beef
• 13 c milk
• 1 c oatmeal
• 12 c catsup chili sauce or tomato soup
• 13 c minced onions
• salt and pepper
• 6 c sliced potatoes
• 1 tsp chopped parsley

Directions

1. Mix beef milk oatmeal catsup and onions
2. Add salt and pepper to taste
3. Butter a large casserole and place sliced potatoes in the dish
4. Sprinkle with salt pepper and parsley Spread meat mixture over potatoes
5. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour
6. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more
7. Serves 4 to 6
