Meat Loaf Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 14 lb ground beef
• 2 Tbsp shortening
• 14 c chopped onion
• 14 c chopped green pepper
• 2 Tbsp parsley
• 2 Tbsp catsup
• 1 Tbsp steak sauce
• 1 can tomatoes
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 small pkg macaroni
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 c grated cheese

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in shortening until red disappears
2. Add chopped onion green pepper parsley catsup steak sauce tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste
3. Simmer for 30 minutes
