Meat Loaf Stew

Ingredients

• 14 c olive oil
• 1 lb hamburg
• 1 c Italian crumbs
• 2 to 3 eggs
• 1 handful Parmesan
• 1 onion minced
• 1 handful chopped parsley
• 1 c ketchup
• 2 c water
• 5 carrots sliced
• 4 potatoes sliced
• 12 bag frozen peas optional

Directions

1. In a bowl mix hamburg bread crumbs cheese eggs onion and parsley
2. Form into patties about 2 inches thick and 3 inches in diameter
