Meat Loaf With Rice

Ingredients

• 34 c Merkts cheese spread
• 34 c rice
• 1 23 c beef broth
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 12 c milk
• 12 c onion diced
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• season to taste with salt pepper and dash of garlic
• 14 c bread crumbs

Directions

1. Cook rice in beef broth according to package directions Combine bread crumbs milk egg and seasoning
2. Add 14 cup onion and 14 cup cheese
3. Mix well
4. Spread mixture evenly on waxed paper to approximately 12 x 10-inch
5. Combine cooked rice 14 cup cheese and remaining onion
6. Spread on top of beef
7. Roll up jelly roll style and seal ends
