Meat Loaf With Tangy Sauce
Ingredients
- 34 c dry bread crumbs
- 34 c tomato juice
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 sm onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 12 lbs ground chuck
Directions
- Mix all together well and spread into loaf pan
- Spread tangy sauce over meat loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
