Meat Loaf With Zesty Topping

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 34 c milk
• 1 12 c soft bread crumbs
• 1 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 medium carrot grated
• 1 small onion diced
• 2 eggs beaten
• 14 c ketchup
• 3 Tbsp brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp prepared mustard

Directions

1. Pour milk over bread crumbs
2. Add ground beef salt pepper carrot onion and eggs
3. Mix thoroughly
4. Pack in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan
