Meat Marinade
Ingredients
- 12 c liquid shortening
- 12 c cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 14 c ketchup
- 12 c brown sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours or up to 5 days
- Excellent with chicken or beef
