Meat Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 c olive oil
- 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp creole mustard
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 c red wine
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Marinade beef or pork overnight or 8 hours
- Baste meat while cooking
