Meat Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef or turkey
• 14 c chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 34 tsp salt
• 14 tsp garlic salt
• 1-14 c milk
• 3 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 10-oz pkg broccoli cooked and drained
• 1 double pie crust recipe
• 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese or other

Directions

1. Brown meat and onion
2. Stir in flour salt and garlic salt Add milk and cream cheese and cook until thickened
3. Add small amount to beaten egg and return to mixture
4. Add broccoli and cook and stir over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until thick
