Meat Pies
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground meat
- 3 large onions chopped
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 4 green hot peppers chopped
- 2 bell peppers chopped
- 12 c chopped parsley
- 12 c chopped green onions
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Let meat mixture fry until brown and done slowly
- Add flour and hot peppers
- Stir and cook until onions are done
- Add 12 cup water and stir well
- Turn off heat add parsley green onions and garlic
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Let this mixture become cool before putting in pastry
- Makes 2 dozen pies
