Meat Potato Egg Scramble
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg hash browns frozen
- 4 to 6 eggs
- 4 to 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- ham or sausage
- green pepper optional
- tomatoes optional
- mushrooms optional
Directions
- Cook hash browns according to directions
- Beat desired amount of eggs with 2 teaspoons water then pour over potatoes
- Cook eggs turning 1 to 3 times
- When eggs are done put cheese on top
- Cover pan to melt cheese
- Cook in 12 x 14-inch skillet Five eggs will serve 4 people 4 to 6 ounce portions
