Meat Potato Egg Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg hash browns frozen
  • 4 to 6 eggs
  • 4 to 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ham or sausage
  • green pepper optional
  • tomatoes optional
  • mushrooms optional

Directions

  1. Cook hash browns according to directions
  2. Beat desired amount of eggs with 2 teaspoons water then pour over potatoes
  3. Cook eggs turning 1 to 3 times
  4. When eggs are done put cheese on top
  5. Cover pan to melt cheese
  6. Cook in 12 x 14-inch skillet Five eggs will serve 4 people 4 to 6 ounce portions
