Meat Roll A La Kiev

Ingredients
- 500 grams beef or veal about 1 13 lb
- 50 grams salt pork or bacon about 176 oz
- 3 eggs
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Rinse a long slice of meat and pat dry
- Pound it lightly with a mallet salt and pepper it
- Put on it slices of salt pork or bacon and hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters
- Roll meat up and dredge in flour
- Fry add some beef stock and bake in oven until done at 350
- Just before the meat is done add minced garlic Serve with potatoes and vegetables
