Meat Roll A La Kiev

Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef or veal about 1 13 lb
  • 50 grams salt pork or bacon about 176 oz
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse a long slice of meat and pat dry
  2. Pound it lightly with a mallet salt and pepper it
  3. Put on it slices of salt pork or bacon and hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters
  4. Roll meat up and dredge in flour
  5. Fry add some beef stock and bake in oven until done at 350
  6. Just before the meat is done add minced garlic Serve with potatoes and vegetables
