Meatball Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 slices toasted bread crumbled
- 14 c bell pepper chopped
- 14 c celery chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 c tomatoes
- 1 c English peas
Directions
- Mix ingredients form into small meatballs
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes uncovered in baking dish
- Add tomatoes and peas Return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes with cover on
- Serve over rice or noodles
