Meatball Hoagies
Ingredients
- 2 lb hamburg
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- garlic salt to taste
- oregano to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg buns own preference
Directions
- Mix hamburg bread crumbs and egg
- Add garlic salt oregano salt and pepper to taste
- Roll meatballs and add to own spaghetti sauce
- Cook on medium heat about 45 minutes
- When meatballs are done add to buns
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese to top and bake in oven until cheese is melted
- Serve with a side of spaghetti
