Meatball Porcupines
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c uncooked long grain rice
- 13 c water
- 13 c chopped onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp celery salt
- 18 tsp garlic powder
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 c water
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Mix thoroughly meat rice 13 cup water onion salts garlic powder and pepper
- Shape into well rounded tablespoon sized meatballs place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
- Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs
- Cover pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes
- Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer
- Serve with pasta if desired
