Meatball Soup

Ingredients
- 2 diced potatoes
- 2 c diced celery
- 3 sliced carrots
- 2 medium onions cut into eighths
- 2 cans beef bouillon or cubes
- 4 c tomato juice
- 4 c water
- 14 c rice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp instant minced onion
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix first 10 ingredients bring to boil
- Blend next 5 ingredients and add eggs
- Make into small balls drop into boiling vegetable mixture
- Cover reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender adding water or juice as needed
- Salt and pepper to taste add 12 teaspoon marjoram and 1 tablespoon butter if desired
