Meatball Yummies
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 13 c dry cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp A1 steak sauce
- 13 c A1 steak sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Combine beef cracker crumbs eggs salt and 2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
- Mix well shape into 1-inch balls
- Brown in skillet
- Drain off fat
- Combine 13 cup steak sauce brown sugar and margarine
- Heat mixture pour over meatballs
- Simmer covered for 15 minutes or until meatballs are done
- Makes about 2 dozen meatballs
