Meatballs In Sour Cream Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground chuck
• 1 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 egg
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 small can pitted ripe olives
• 3 Tbsp shortening
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 2 c sour cream

Directions

1. Combine ground chuck 34 teaspoon salt pepper egg and onion in bowl mix well
2. Shape into balls around olives
3. Brown in shortening in skillet
4. Remove from skillet
5. Keep hot
6. Add flour to 3 tablespoons pan drippings mix well
7. Add 12 cup water
8. Cook until thick stirring constantly
9. Add sour cream and 14 teaspoon salt
10. Simmer for several minutes
11. Pour sauce over meatballs Yields 4 servings
