Meatballs Romanoff
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 pkg noodles Romanoff
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 container make-ahead meatballs
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet
- Remove from heat Blend in flour and sauce mix
- Gradually stir in milk
- Heat to boiling stirring constantly
- Boil and stir 1 minute
- Add frozen meatballs heat to boiling
- Reduce heat cover and simmer 10 minutes
- While meatballs simmer cook noodles
- Stir parsley flakes and 2 tablespoons butter into noodles
- Serve meatballs with sauce over noodles
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
