Meatballs Romanoff

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 pkg noodles Romanoff
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 1 container make-ahead meatballs
  • 2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet
  2. Remove from heat Blend in flour and sauce mix
  3. Gradually stir in milk
  4. Heat to boiling stirring constantly
  5. Boil and stir 1 minute
  6. Add frozen meatballs heat to boiling
  7. Reduce heat cover and simmer 10 minutes
  8. While meatballs simmer cook noodles
  9. Stir parsley flakes and 2 tablespoons butter into noodles
  10. Serve meatballs with sauce over noodles
  11. Makes 4 to 6 servings
