MeatballsFor Macaroni Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb chopped meat
- 7 to 8 cloves garlic minced
- 3 shakes black pepper
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 pinches sweet basil
- 5 to 6 eggs
- approximately 5 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley if you use dry use less
- 2 c unflavored bread crumbs
- 1 12 c grated cheese

- roll into small meatballs Let 12
- wedge of lard or some Crisco melt in frying pan
- Put in meatballs let brown on all sides and remove
