Slice mushrooms Dredge chicken with flour shake off excess Heat oil in large saucepan Add chicken and brown well Remove chicken
To oil remaining add onion green pepper and garlic Saute 3 minutes Add mushrooms and saute 4 minutes Stir in tomatoes water salt Italian dressing and red pepper
Bring to a boil
Stir in rice
Return chicken to saucepan
Cover reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender
