MelanieS Simple Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can peaches in heavy syrup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Frangelica or Amaretto
- 12 c dried cranberries
Directions
- Freeze unopened can of fruit for at
- least 12 hours longer is even better
- Dip frozen can in hot water a few seconds to loosen edges and make it easier to get out the contents
- Cut the frozen fruit up into chunks and put into food processor
- Add lemon juice liqueur and cranberries Pulse onoff for about 30 seconds
- Serve immediately or can be scooped into small balls and stored in freezer until ready to serve
- Makes 2 to 3 servings
