Melba Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen red raspberries
- 14 c sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 12 c currant jelly
Directions
- Put frozen raspberries into a quart glass measuring pitcher Heat uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute on High
- Stir to break berries apart Cook uncovered 30 seconds on High or until berries are defrosted
- Stir a mixture of sugar and cornstarch into raspberries then stir in currant jelly Cook in microwave oven 6 minutes on High until sauce thickens
