Melt-Away Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 eggs separated
- 12 c sour cream
- 14 c sifted flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Beat egg yolks well combine with sour cream Sift dry ingredients together stir into egg yolk mixture Beat egg whites until stiff fold in Drop by large spoonfuls onto hot griddle until tops are bubbly turn and brown on other side Makes 10 pancakes
