Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie

Ingredients
- 2 12 to 3 lb fryer
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 1 c buttermilk
Directions
- Cook chicken until tender remove meat from bone
- Reserve broth
- Cut chicken into pieces and place in 13 x 9-inch pan
- In saucepan mix chicken broth and soup
- Bring to a boil
- In another bowl mix butter pepper salt flour and buttermilk
- Mix thoroughly to form batter
- Pour broth over chicken
- Spoon batter over top
- Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes
