Melted Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 1 lb cheese
• 1 c milk
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 egg
• pinch of salt

Directions

1. Cut up cheese
2. Add milk put on medium heat until cheese is melted
3. Add egg and cornstarch cook until thick
4. Cool
5. Makes a good sandwich on rye with slice of shave ham
