Melting Moments

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 1 c margarine softened
- 1 13 c coconut
Directions
- Mix flour cornstarch and sugar in a large mixing bowl
- Blend in butter until a soft dough forms
- If dough is too soft cover it and chill for 20 to 30 minutes
- Shape into 34-inch balls Roll balls in coconut
- Place balls 1 12-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets
- Bake at 300 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown
- Makes 3 dozen
