Memphis Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 8 12 oz box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn with juice
  • 1 16 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine melted

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until blended Pour into a 2-quart baking dish
  2. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set
