Memphis Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 8 12 oz box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn with juice
- 1 16 oz can creamed corn
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 stick margarine melted
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until blended Pour into a 2-quart baking dish
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set
