Meringue

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• pinch of salt
• 13 tsp vanilla
• 14 c sugar

Directions

1. Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until barely stiff adding sugar gradually
2. Beat another 30 seconds
3. Spread on rice pudding
4. Brown at 325
