Ingredients
- 3 egg whites at room temperature
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
Directions
- Beat egg whites cream of tartar and salt until frothy using electric mixer
- Start adding sugar 1 tablespoon at a time as whites continue to beat
- Continue to beat until all sugar is used and meringue is stiff
