Merry Berry Heaven

Ingredients

• 1 4 oz serving size pkg Jell-O brand gelatin strawberry
• 34 c boiling water
• 1 c Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
• 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
• 12 c Ocean Spray cranberry juice cocktail
• 2 c thawed Cool Whip
• 1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Add cranberry sauce and rind
3. Add juice
4. Chill until thickened
5. Fold in Cool Whip topping
6. Chill again until mixture will mound
7. Pour in pie shell
8. Chill until firm about 3 hours
9. Garnish with cranberries if desired
