Mes-Tex

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 12 bell pepper chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes diced
- 1 can cheese or nacho cheese soup
Directions
- Saute and cook beef with onion celery and bell pepper
- When done add tomatoes and soup
- Stir until hot and blended
- Serve over taco chips
- Serves 4 to 6
