Mexi-Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 8 oz carton sour cream
  • 12 to 1 c chopped onion
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 1 6 oz pkg Mexican cornbread mix

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese
  2. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until melted
