Mexicali Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 1 c raw rice not instant
- 1 15 oz can Hunts tomato sauce with tomato bits or chunks with herbs
- 2 c hot water
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
- In large skillet cook beef until lightly browned
- Add onion and green pepper cook until tender
- Drain fat add remaining ingredients
- Mix well bring to a boil Cover and simmer 35 minutes stirring once until rice is done
