Mexican Beef Dip

Ingredients

• 2 cans refried beans
• 1 16 oz carton sour cream
• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 2 lb Velveeta cheese
• 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes diced

Directions

1. Brown ground beef drain and add taco seasoning mix
2. Set aside
3. Warm refried beans in bottom of a medium size rectangular pan
4. Cover beans with sour cream then spoon ground beef mixture over the sour cream
5. Melt Velveeta cheese with Ro-Tel tomatoes pour over the entire pan
6. Serve with taco chips and watch it disappear
7. This can be prepared ahead of time just simple heat in microwave until good and hot
