Mexican Beef Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 16 oz carton sour cream
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes diced
Directions
- Brown ground beef drain and add taco seasoning mix
- Set aside
- Warm refried beans in bottom of a medium size rectangular pan
- Cover beans with sour cream then spoon ground beef mixture over the sour cream
- Melt Velveeta cheese with Ro-Tel tomatoes pour over the entire pan
- Serve with taco chips and watch it disappear
- This can be prepared ahead of time just simple heat in microwave until good and hot
