Mexican Beef Skillet
Ingredients
- 6 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small green bell pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 16 oz whole tomatoes drained and cut up
- 1 8 oz picante sauce
- 1 c frozen kernel corn thawed and drained
- 12 c sliced black olives
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c shredded American cheese
Directions
- Prepare macaroni as on package drain
- In large skillet combine green pepper garlic and beef cook until beef is brown and vegetables tender
- Drain
- Stir in tomatoes sauce corn olives and salt
- Add macaroni mix well
- Stir in cheese
- Serves 6 to 8
