Mexican Beef Spread
Ingredients
- 12 lb bacon
- 12 c diced pimento
- 12 can canned tomatoes
- 12 lb grated American cheese
- 12 lb dried beef
- 12 c salad dressing
Directions
- Dice and fry bacon crisp
- Combine all ingredients except bacon
- Heat in 400 oven until cheese melts
- Remove and stir in bacon
- Spread on crackers or bread
