Mexican Burrito Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can refried beans
  • 14 c water
  • 1 c thick sauce
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 1 c Bisquick
  • 1 12 lb ground beef
  • 1 c Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Combine beans Bisquick and water in bowl mix well
  2. Spoon mixture into greased 9-inch pie plate form shell
  3. Cook beef until brown
  4. Drain spoon over bean mixture and top with sauce Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes
  6. Cut into wedges
  7. Top with sour cream and serve
  8. Serves 6 to 8
