Mexican Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 small jar pimentos
- 1 small can whole kernel corn
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash of cayenne pepper
- pinch of garlic
- dash of hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium size onion diced
- 1 small bell pepper chopped
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 3 c chopped cabbage
Directions
- Brown ground beef
- Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and continue cooking over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally
- Add cabbage
- Cover reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is done
