Mexican Cabbage

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 Cheddar cheese soup
- 2 heads cabbage shredded
Directions
- Brown first four ingredients together in Dutch oven drain Add soup Ro-Tel tomatoes cabbage salt and pepper
- Simmer 45 minutes
- Serve with corn bread
