Mexican Cheese DishGreat Xxx

Ingredients

• 10 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
• 5 Tbsp jalapenos chopped finely
• 8 to 10 oz Monterey Jack cheese grated
• 6 to 7 eggs

Directions

1. Grate 10 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese into a 9 x 13-inch buttered Pyrex dish
2. Sprinkle 5 tablespoons of finely chopped jalapeno peppers on top
3. Grate 8 to 10 ounces Monterey Jack cheese on top of peppers
4. Press down
5. Pour 6 to 7 beaten eggs onto cheese
6. Bake 45 minutes at 325 or until set and golden Cut into 1-inch squares
