Mexican Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 medium pkg Tostee corn chips
- 4 chicken breasts boiled tender
- 12 c onion
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
Directions
- Layer crushed chips in 9 x 13-inch pan
- Spread diced chicken over chips
- Sprinkle onion and pepper
- Mix soup undiluted and spread
- Pour Ro-Tel over top
- Bake 25 minutes
- Last 10 minutes cover with Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
