Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
- 14 c cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp water
- 14 c cooking oil
- 14 c soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar packed
- 14 tsp garlic
- 34 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp oregano
Directions
- Skin chicken
- Put into 9 x 13-inch baking pan
- Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken
- Bake at 350
- Cover with aluminum foil sealing edges over sides
- Turn chicken once during baking
- Large broilers take about 2 hours
- Smaller fryers 1 hour
