Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

  • 14 c cooking wine
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 14 c cooking oil
  • 14 c soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 14 tsp garlic
  • 34 tsp ginger
  • 14 tsp oregano

Directions

  1. Skin chicken
  2. Put into 9 x 13-inch baking pan
  3. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken
  4. Bake at 350
  5. Cover with aluminum foil sealing edges over sides
  6. Turn chicken once during baking
  7. Large broilers take about 2 hours
  8. Smaller fryers 1 hour
