Mexican Chocolate

Ingredients
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 12 c water
- 4 c milk
- whipped cream
Directions
- In large saucepan heat all ingredients except milk and cream over low heat stirring until chocolate is melted
- Heat to boiling reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes stirring constantly Stir in milk heat over low heat stirring occasionally
- Beat with rotary beater until foamy
- Top serving with whipped cream Makes 8 23-cup servings
