Mexican Corn Bread
Ingredients
- 1 c cornmeal
- 1 c sweet milk
- 2 eggs
- 12 c bacon drippings
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 12 tsp soda
- 34 tsp salt
- 1 small onion chopped
- garlic to taste
- 12 lb sharp cheese
- 5 or 6 jalapeno peppers chopped
Directions
- This makes a thin batter
- Bake at 400 or 450 for 30 minutes
