Mexican Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c cream-style corn
  • 1 c Mexican cornbread mix
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 12 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 12 c grated cheese

Directions

  1. Mix well pour in buttered casserole
  2. Bake at 250 for 45 minutes
  3. The last 15 minutes put grated cheese on top
  4. Before corn is added put in blender to mix
