Mexican Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 c cream-style corn
- 1 c Mexican cornbread mix
- 2 beaten eggs
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 1 small jar pimientos
- 12 c grated cheese
Directions
- Mix well pour in buttered casserole
- Bake at 250 for 45 minutes
- The last 15 minutes put grated cheese on top
- Before corn is added put in blender to mix
