Mexican Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c raw macaroni cooked
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can corn cream-style
- 12 tsp hot chili powder or 1 tsp mild
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese
- whole kernel corn may be used
Directions
- Saute hamburger and onion until browned
- Then add cooked macaroni tomato soup corn chili powder salt and pepper
- This can be heated in same skillet with hamburger and onion
- Put mixture in greased baking pan
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
