Mexican Corn Relish

Ingredients
- 14 c sugar
- 1 tsp instant minced onion
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp celery seed
- 14 c cider vinegar
- 1 11 oz can Green Giant Mexicorn drained
Directions
- In a small saucepan combine sugar onion mustard celery seed and vinegar bring to a boil
- Stir in corn
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes
- Place in a nonmetal bowl cool
- Cover Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours
