Mexican Fahitas

Ingredients

  • flank steak cut into strips 6 oz per person
  • 23 c oil
  • 13 c vinegar
  • 3 to 4 green and red bell pepper strips
  • 2 slices large onion
  • 2 Tbsp chopped peppers
  • salt pepper and garlic to taste
  • flour tortilla
  • chili con queso
  • pico de gallo

Directions

  1. Marinate steak in oil and vinegar overnight
  2. Place a little oil in pan and saute over very high heat so meat sears
  3. Add 2 tablespoons green peppers salt pepper and garlic
  4. Cook until meat is done
