Mexican Fahitas

Ingredients
- flank steak cut into strips 6 oz per person
- 23 c oil
- 13 c vinegar
- 3 to 4 green and red bell pepper strips
- 2 slices large onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped peppers
- salt pepper and garlic to taste
- flour tortilla
- chili con queso
- pico de gallo
Directions
- Marinate steak in oil and vinegar overnight
- Place a little oil in pan and saute over very high heat so meat sears
- Add 2 tablespoons green peppers salt pepper and garlic
- Cook until meat is done
